ACFW Carol Award Finalist

 

THEY ALMOST ALWAYS COME HOME was a 2011 Carol Award Finalist in Women’s Fiction! What an honor!

A phone call on November 2nd let me know that THEY ALMOST ALWAYS COME HOME has been nominated for the prestigious RT Reviewers’ Choice Inspirational Book of the Year Award in the Suspense category for 2010! Of the thousands of books reviewed by RT each year, four were chosen as suspense nominees. What an honor! Winners will be announced this spring at RT’s Booklovers Convention in Los Angeles.

Celebration erupted when I learned that THEY ALMOST ALWAYS COME HOME was named a finalist for Christian Retailing Magazine’s Retailers’ Choice Award in fiction!

“The Heart’s Harbor” in A DOOR COUNTY CHRISTMAS was a finalist in the Gayle Wilson Award of Excellence for 2011.

A DOOR COUNTY CHRISTMAS was honored with a Family Fiction Readers’ Choice Award.

At a special Fiction Press Conference during ICRS (the Christian Booksellers Association International Christian Retailers Show), THEY ALMOST ALWAYS COME HOME was named a finalist in ACFW’s prestigious Carol Awards. Winners to be announced during the Gala at the ACFW conference in St. Louis on September 24th.
