I just finished reading:’They almost always come home” I just want to say THANKYOU for that book! lcan’t even tell you how much Ienjoyed it! I couldn’t put it down ! The only other book that ever affected me like that was the shack. IT was fun reading about familiar places also- as I live inARPIN.I kind of feel like I know you.Your name always sounded familiar I think maybe you know the Trachte families andI’m good friends with them.Also-I did Jackies hair.when she was at Bethel.Anyway again-Awesome book,I can’t wait for more.

I love Lake Geneva–just had a lovely Christmas tea at the Grand Geneva with my d-i-l and 3-y-o granddaughter on Sunday. It’s a magical town and beautiful place to visit in a story. Hi Cynthia,
It’s fun being on your blog today. Thanks so much for helping me get the word out about Thyme for Love. It was a fun story to write, and even greater fun to set it in my home state of Wisconsin (Cynthia’s home state as well). Although I now live just over Wisconsin’s southern border in Illinois, my heart is forever entwined with the beautiful rolling hills of the Kettle Moraine, the blue waters of it’s many lakes and good old Midwestern character which we always need to survive winters LOL.
Great fodder for stories which is why most of mine are set there. Right now I’m working on the sequel to Thyme for Love and cooking up an exciting plot that involves a famous gangster hideaway. Is it Al Capone? I’ll never tell LOL.

Cynthia, I am only half way through your book, “They Almost Always Come Home” and I just wanted to tell you how excellent this book is. I want to spend my day finishing it, but “life” prevents that. All day long I think about it and can’t wait to get back to it at night. I’m so anxious to see what happens next. Great job! Loving this story. I’m so worried about her.

We just finished reading and discussing your book “They Almost Always Come Home” in our book club. What a thought provoking book. I felt like it made a lot of us look at our marriages and determined to work harder, especially at communication.
Then when I read the background of your husband almost dying after being ill while out in Canada it really made me realize how I take my spouse for granted!

I loved the book when I downloaded it to my kindle. I recommended to a friend with a kindle and it was no longer available, free or paid. What happened? Amazon says it is only available in paperback or hardcover. Why?
